Our Process
As Auto Brokers, we provide consumers with an alternative to the traditional new car purchase experience. The process is quite simple. The customer provides a detailed description of what they are looking for (make, model, color, options, etc.). Then we do the legwork. Our Auto Brokers literally “shop your order around” to dozens of new car franchise dealerships up and down the state. We have relationships with all of the larger dealerships and because we represent significant volume (e.g. a single consumer might buy one Toyota every 4-6 years, while Carsmith Motors might “buy” 4-6 Toyotas every month for our clients) we are able to negotiate a better price for all of our clients. Collective bargaining at work for you.

Our Brokers work directly with each dealership's Fleet Manager, bypassing the “Showroom Sales Force” and the multiple layers of commissions each dealership extracts.

We strive to locate the exact car each client is looking for at the best possible price.

The client is then presented with pricing and options while still under no obligation. At this point they are welcome to “shop around” themselves, but we are confident that they won't find the same car at a better price.

We negotiate inter-dealer trades and vehicle shipping when necessary and oftentimes the pricing discounts on new vehicles in competitive new car markets like Los Angeles will more than offset the nominal cost of shipping the vehicle. Should the client proceed with the purchase we arrange for all of the requisite paperwork to be completed in advance of vehicle delivery. The customer simply signs the contract (with no surprises) and drives off with their new car. What traditionally can be a 2+ hour negotiation marathon is reduced to a couple of phone calls and a 15 minute visit to pick-up their new car—fulfilling on our promise to save consumers Time, Money and Hassle.
